Tapping the kidney meridian points

(Master Acupressure Points – K 27)

These are the 27th & last points of the kidney meridians, the energy pathway that begins under the balls of each foot, travel up the inside of the legs, then up the front of the body, where they end at the collarbone.

The K-27 points are just under the clavicle, or collarbone.
You can find them by place your fingertips in the U-shaped notch at the top of the breastbone, then move your fingers out to each side & down about an inch.

Start to tapping gently the kidney points (K-27) to jump-start the energy system & get the energy flowing.

Add more energy with an affirmation

An affirmation is a positive statement that you repeat to affect the subconscious mind. You can make it act to attract success, or acceptance to improve your life.

For example:
  • I love & accept myself, even with my fears.

This will have a calming effect on your system, bringing an acceptance that it's only human nature to be afraid sometimes.

  • I let my fears go now & decide instead for trust & happiness!
Keep tapping the kidney points while taking a deep breath (in through the nose & out through the mouth).
