Who are you?
To find out the answers to this deep question can be a lifelong quest. Some spiritual teachings even tell us that we can never find it out, some others tell us that we can only find it when we follow certain rules.
Some people never ask this question at all.
But what happens when we do?
Our life unfolds in miraculous ways, beyond our hopes and dreams and we feel at peace from the inside out. Maybe not all the time, but as we remember more and more what we are, what we are not, we also learn to snap out of illusion, false concepts about ourselves and others and stay anchored in the AllOne: Not AllOne, but Connected! All and NoThing at the same time. This creates a space of Love and Freedom.
The reality of most women, men and even children however is far away from that. Many people believe they are their conditionings, habits and roles, or what other people told them to be. Others think they are their thoughts, feel they are their emotions, or what they perceive through their minds. Then again, there are those who measure who they are by their so-called measurable success, the amount of money on their bank account or how many degrees they have accomplished by passing certain tests. Nothing wrong with that but:
For most of us, the real tests lie within, and are connected to mastering ourselves.
Despite cultural or other differences, what we all have in common is that we want to pursue happiness and increase pleasure, and avoid pain or suffering. While life can be fun when we achieve material goals, it doesn’t necessarily mean that we feel fulfilled, loved and connected.
