Relax & cool down! This Tip is a Sitali breathing technique is taken from Yoga for pent-up aggression, stress, irritation, or anger. It can also reduce anxiety, hot flashes and prevents headaches.

Roll your tongue like a straw, dawning air in through it and exhaling through your nose. If possible, but this is not a must, you should try and swallow after each inhalation to increase the cooling effect.
 
You can do this exercise every time you need to cool it!
  • If it’s a hot summer day
